Madeira, atlantic's pearl

Hi! I live in a beautiful island, wich is Madeira. Madeira is a Portugal's island. This island has wonderfull landscapes, with a clean and blue sky and fertile vegetation wich it goes to where the eye can see, it's a perfect location for people who appreciate the pure and varieted flora.
The city-state of Madeira is Funchal wich this year is 501 years! The reason for the name "Funchal" is, in the beggining of portuguese exploration, there was a large extension covered by "funcho", wich is a plant.
One of the icons of this island is Laurissilva forest, wich is an huge extension with rich flora and fauna, but it's further than this. Madeira is a turistic location many times chose, for its' great weather every year.
There are many festivals in Madeira, like Carnival, Christmas, Madeira wine festivities, sometimes with typic dancers for population to see.
Gastronomy! Other important thing wich makes Madeira the One. Some typical food are "espetada", honey cake,"bolo do caco", fish, seafood and others...

About me

Hello! My name is Mafalda I'm Portuguese, I live in Madeira island and I'm 14 years old. My voki is nearly me. Coulors of the skin of the eyes and of the hair are the same but face is diferent of course.
I'm a bit shy with a person who I don't know, but when I know that person my cold appearence gonne. I love my friends, some of them are a big people who I love.
I miss the old times but, the present is more important, because every days I meet something or someone new.

I love nature so in the future I wanna be a veterinarian. I like so much to go to the beach. It's so cool to hear and see the ocean, but I like to go to the camp because I love pure air, the trees, the piece and the free wich makes me feel alive.

One of my objectives is be a veterinarian, so I try to have great notes, but I don't like very much school, sometimes is a bit boring, but there are my friends and for now, school is my life . I'm in athletics. In the free times I like to ride by bike, meet with friends, go shopping, walk with my dog wich name is Mini, play piano, sing, watching tv, etc.

Some day, I like to go Hawai, because of the beach or Paris because the fashion and gastronomy or Greece because of the culture, wathever, around the entire world!
